It is been long time i didnt cook. I am happy that i am back. I have started to diet. I tried Dukan diet which based to protein. It almost zero to fat and carbohydrate. As i am a pasta and rice lover, it didnt take me too much time to leave the diet:)
I am not happy when i eat less, so i think i will be a bit fat whole of my life:)
I should learn to be happy with my fat i guess:)
I was so bored at work recently and i got 1 week off from work, mentally get better.
One of my friend sent me a gift from Italy.. PASTA.. Thanks to Roman for this nice gift. It was yummy.. Hope you all enjoy..

Ingredients
Pasta (250gr)
1/2 finely chopped onion
250 gr chopped tomatoes( I used can)
3 cloves chopped garlic
1/2 bunch of fresh basil
2 tb spoon parmesan
olive oil
salt
black pepper
Heat up the oil in a skillet and then add the onion and garlic. Cook it for about 10 min. or until the onions are soft, and golden. Add tomatoes, cook for about 20 min, if you think it is too dry you can add some water. The sauce shouldnt be so dry. Before you close the heat, add basil, salt and pepper..
On the other hand , cook your pasta in boiled water for 8 min. Italians like it less cooked i think , but i needed to cook it more time like 12 min.
Drain pasta .. Place it to plate and pour the sauce on it. put little fresh basil and sprinkle parmesan..
