If you really like cheese and salt, you would defintely enjoy with this recipe.
Ingredients
2 yufka (For explanation)
300 gr Sheep White cheese
2 tomatoes
parsley
Fresh mint
1 tb sp butter
red pepper
Get pieces yufkas with your hand, cook it with some oil till it turn to golden color.
Cook finely chopped tomatoes with some butter, add chopped mint and parsley and red pepper, cook some more, let the sauce to get cool.
Mix all ingredients, knead a bit, shape them like balls, and serve...
